Nicholas Morton Project Designer
Nick joined Charlotte Rowe Garden Design in 2015 after a career in Project Management delivering new service development projects for companies including Deloitte Consulting and the Design Council. The professional approach, skills and design understanding this developed, combined with a long-term passion for both plants and gardens provided a strong background for his move into Garden Design. He studied for the diploma in Garden Design at the London College of Garden Design, graduating with the Directors award as well as winning the society of Garden Designers student award for 2013.
Sophie Bertrand Project Designer
After three years studying architecture, Sophie studied landscape architecture at the National school of Landscape in Versailles. She worked for SLG Paysage in Paris where she was involved in a wide spectrum of projects of different scales before joining Charlotte Rowe and her team in spring 2016. She designed and completed the garden Derriere Armoire at the international garden festival of Chaumont-sur-Loire in 2013.
Louise Sugrue Office Manager
After careers in the teaching and charity sectors, Louise’s love of words led her to train as a journalist and then work for various leading women’s magazines and home titles. But after signing up for an allotment plot in 2011, she caught the horticultural bug and worked as a volunteer at RHS Chelsea Flower Show and at Fulham Palace garden. Since January 2016 she now combines her passion for all things green with her administrative skills as office manager looking after the design team at Charlotte Rowe Garden Design.
